Refund Policy

Once a ticket for Travernia Fest is purchased, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. All sales are final.

2. No Refunds

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to, change of mind, personal circumstances, or inability to attend the event.

3. Ticket Transfer

If you are unable to attend Travernia Fest, you have the option to transfer your ticket to another person. The process for transferring your ticket is as follows:

  • Notification: Notify us of the transfer at least 48 hours before the event.
  • Details Required: Provide the name and contact details of the person to whom the ticket is being transferred.
  • Confirmation: We will confirm the transfer via email or another specified method.

4. Event Changes

In the unlikely event of a change in date, venue, or time, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled event. No refunds will be issued due to changes in event details.

5. Resale of Tickets

Reselling tickets is permitted. However, Travernia Fest is not responsible for any transactions or disputes arising from the resale of tickets.

6. Lost or Stolen Tickets

Travernia Fest is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Please keep your tickets in a safe place.
