  • Delivery Time: E-tickets will be delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Instructions: Print the e-ticket or present it on your mobile device at the event entrance.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

Travernia Fest is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. If your physical tickets are lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. Replacement tickets may be issued at our discretion.

Event Entry

Please bring your tickets (e-tickets or physical tickets) to the event for entry. Each ticket will be scanned and verified at the entrance.
