Lokesh Nathany is a Storyteller by heart and uses stories in the workshops, training and motivational talks. Hailing from a lower middle-class family from Hindmotor, a small suburb of Calcutta has helped him to value the power of dreams, perseverance, failures and never give up attitude. His journey from a humble beginning to the leadership position in the financial services industry is full of life and business lessons. After a corporate stint of 25 years with brands like HDFC, ICICI Prudential, Franklin Templeton, Development Credit Bank and Motilal Oswal, he decided to pursue his passion of Creating Champion sales team and Motivating people across functions and levels. In the last 7 years, Lokesh has worked with 100+ clients across the industry and has been able to make a positive and fruitful impact through his Motivational talks, Workshops, Training and Coaching.
