Padamati Anvitha

Padamati Anvitha climbed Mt Everest on 16 May 2022 and became 2nd girl from Telangana and her aim is to climb seven highest mountains in seven continents in one and half year and multiple 8000 m peaks. She became the first woman from India to climb the true summit of Mt Manaslu, located in Nepal. Mt Manaslu at 8,163 meters is considered to be the 8th highest mountain peak in the world and Anvitha reached the summit on September 28, 2022.

She successfully climbed Mt Elbrus in Europe continent and became first Indian girl to climb in winter season 7 December 2021 and first Indian to place 10 m Indian flag on Mount Elbrus. Mt Kilimanjaro (5,895 m, located in Africa) in January 2021. Mt. Vinson, located in Antarctica in December 16th 2022. Mt Khadey (6,080 m, located between Tso Moriri and Tsokar lakes in Ladakh) in February 2021.
